Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
Requests for returns are done on a case-by-base basis and per the criteria listed in this article.
Returns that are unauthorised will not be refunded. If you wish to make a return, please contact us at hi@runic-vault.ae within 48 hours of receiving your order. Do include your order number and the reason for requesting a return.
Returning Preordered Items
Returns on preordered items are not accepted, unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Returning Singles
Due to the volatility of the singles market, returns on singles are generally not granted unless the single is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do ensure we spend a considerable amount of time on each item to ensure that the condition is as accurate as possible. If the condition of the items are not as described, please contact us at hi@runic-vault.ae with photos of the items that have problems.
Each single that is shipped out is inspected carefully before packaging to ensure that the correct condition ordered is being sent out.
Returning Other Merchandise
For sealed products or supplies with manufacturing defects, do reach out to use at hi@runic-vault.ae with photos. If a seal is broken and the items therein are missing any individual parts, we can not guarantee a resolution.
Items that are not returnable:
- Apparel that has been laundered, worn, or altered.
- Factory-sealed products that have been opened, including partial or full removal of shrink-wrap.
- Booster packs.
Cancellations
You may contact us at hi@runic-vault.ae if you need to cancel an order for any reason before the order is fulfilled. If an order was fulfilled, you may request an authorised return before the product reaches you. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an order.
Cancelling preorder items may result in a 10% cancellation fee.
Ban and Reprint Return Policy
If a publisher issues a ban and/or a reprint announcement, you may return any singles purchased that were part of that announcement up to fourteen (14) days prior to the publisher announcement for a full refund as store credit.

Packing and Shipping an Authorised Return
Once we have approved a return for your items please follow these steps:
- Package the singles, sealed product, or apparel securely.
- Include the Order ID number of your original order, along with the email address associated with that order.
- Contact us for the return address.
You are fully responsible for any and all shipping related costs associated with a return unless otherwise agreed upon. No refund will be issued for any return that is lost in transit. If you are located in the UAE, we can arrange with our shipping company.
Any singles that are returned must be received in the same condition as they were delivered. If the cards return in a worse condition, you will be contacted before we proceed with the authorised return.
Any sealed products or other merchandise that is damaged or opened, we will contact you before proceeding with the authorised return of other merchandise.
